@远逸-张 Hi, if you are able to use Windy with VPN, please do that. Unfortunately, access to our endpoints is problematic from the mainland. We are constantly trying to work around the problem, but given our capacity limitations, it's not always possible. Furthermore, we don't have developers in China, so it is basically impossible for us to detect problems in a timely manner.

@Suty thanks for your reply. I use a moto edge 40 neo from last year. The problem is that due to the sliding of the next hours of the weather forecast, the fluidity of the application is as if at 60hz and not 120hz. Map fluidity has also always been a problem whe going through the map. Outside of the app everything works flawlessly, so it's not a problem with a phone.

Direction works in every other app but is 90° off well using the windy app
This is a useful function as frequently. I will use my phone to point out where a storm is so I can see it coming.

The app doesn't not retain the settings last used when closed, nor is there anywhere to set the default way the app should display, such as forecast model selection or show "Wind" as opposed to "Basic" or "Waves", etc.

@idefix37 I turned the speed thing on and now it seems to be more accurate. The gpx files list my exact coordinates once per second for the duration of the ride. I don't know why windy is ignoring that data and forcing me to set a constant speed. Also, scrolling the timeline to the side to change the start date doesn't work well. If I only change it forward or back by one or two hours the graph isn't re-drawn. I have to scroll pretty far, like to the next day, and then back to the time I want to see the graph for. Maybe the app works better? (PS: Despite being in Colorado I'm actually on the edge of the great plains. My apartment is a mile from the Nebraska border.)
