@seerose This is typically due to interferences with WiFi equipment (RLAN), which use the same frequency 5 GHz as the meteorological radars. The signal is not filtered by the data provider. I have this same issue on iOS and macOS. If I haven’t visited the web site in several days, I often have to reset my settings (same ones David mentioned). Quite annoying.

@rintell Do you want to have the Clouds layer as default when opening Windy? As you are Premium user go to Settings -> Startup location and layer -> Startup layer -> Clouds
