For me it works with the iOS app. The weather picker shows the % of cloud cover.

Click More layers ... at bottom of the list to find them.
Unfortunately the selected layers disappear regularly. It would be nice to have them definitively available (same as it is for Settings)

Clouds in light yellow are those with low tops.
It also has to do with sun angle.

Not to be confused with dust-sand storms, they look more brown.
