<p dir="auto">Da giorni il Nord Africa è soggetto alla formazione di potenti temporali pomeridiani che scaricano tutta la loro potenza circa 20 minuti dopo la loro formazione.</p>
<h3>Come mai accade tutto ciò?</h3>
<p dir="auto">Per il semplice fatto che il suolo si surriscalda molto, l'aria calda tende a salire verso l'alto, ma salendo verso l'alto incontra temperature più basse, di conseguenza si condensa formando dei cumuli a sviluppo verticale.</p>
<p dir="auto">La parte bianca, che vedete nell'immagine satellitare fornita dal nostro sito Windy, indica proprio i cumulonembi.</p>
<p dir="auto">In basso potete notare lo sviluppo dei cumulonembi nell'area che va dalla città di Djelfa a Tebessa per poi estendersi, nel corso del pomeriggio, in quasi tutto il Nord Africa:</p>

<p dir="auto">I cumulonembi in cima sono formati da dei cristalli di ghiaccio, ma nel Nord Africa, essendoci un suolo prevalentemente caldo, tendono a sciogliersi, arrivando a terra sotto forma di acqua.</p>
<p dir="auto">Nei prossimi giorni in questi territori si attendono diverse formazioni in tutta l'area che va da Mecheria a Sfax per via della forte umidità e del forte caldo.</p>

But this cloud can come in a quite nice species - Cumulonimbus calvus (Cb cal).</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">Cumulonimbus calvus is the most pleasant species of Cumulus. <strong>It is without any fibrous and striated parts.</strong> The top of the cloud looks quite flattened and looks like a white mass without sharp outlines. Basically, you can mistake it for <a href="https://community.windy.com/topic/7798/cumulus-and-its-species">Cumulus congestus</a>, but it is just a way bigger then any Cumulus and it can even form from Cu con!</p>

<p dir="auto">This light version of the beast <strong>brings usually lighter rain in a form of showers, but it can also cause heavy rain, strong winds, hail or even storms.</strong> Although it is not so extreme like with its brother Cumulonimbus capillatus, which will be in the next post!</p>
