@Clare-0 Hello, we have never indicated to delete your account to change the email. Your email can be easily changed in your profile.
You can contact us at info[@]windy.com, obviously you need to exclude the brackets.
I had seen that, but I didn't realize that that could be used to disable individual alerts. I didn't want to stop all alerts/emails as that kind of link usually does...

We had the possibility to be subscribed monthly and decided to have a yearly subscription only. We will consider adding it back in the future.
