I very much agree with the warning of the fog forecast. In fact, visibility below 1km will affect many things, I think it should be equated with a more obvious weather phenomenon. For aviation, the same is true for low clouds below a certain standard.

@kinler333 Also try "meteogram" instead of "basic". It would be more obvious.
