What has worked for me on Android is using the system-wide font size and display scaling options: Go to Settings → Display → Font size and increase it. Some phones also have a Display size / Screen zoom option — this makes everything on your screen slightly bigger, including apps like Windy. It’s not perfect, because it scales the entire interface, but it does make that lower panel a lot easier to read. Another tip: if you just need to see the numbers clearly, try rotating your phone to landscape mode — sometimes the panel layout changes slightly and makes the fonts appear bigger. On a side note, I’ve also used third-party apps that overlay text magnification on your screen, which can help if you just want certain sections zoomed without changing the whole display. It’s a bit of a workaround, but it can save your eyes on those detailed readings.
