Windy widget support for android

I have been using the windy app for about a year now on IOS and recently switched over to android. I am now trying to use the windy widget to see my local weather and have been really disappointed with it so far. It constantly has issues trying to display information. This really needs to get fixed! I have given the app full permission to use my location and everything but 90% of the time the widget displays nothing at all!
