Hello @joe-up-it, thank you for supporting us! You should be able to log in to the application with your account you are logged in here on the forum. Do you get any error messages when you try to log in to the application? I would also recommend typing the credential manually, not using autofill. If you can't access Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features. Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order.

Did you tried to press conjointly keyboard keys "Ctrl" and "-" to reduce the zoom factor of the web browser window? A priori the zoom factor on your screenshot is about 200% (instead default 100%)

MeteoSwizz provide precipitation forecasts which give the same kind of image (resolution, time step, colours) as the radar observations. This is possible because they use a high resolution model COSMO 1km. https://www.meteoswiss.admin.ch/home.html?tab=rain (Click on the arrow for play) But this type of weather model is not available everywhere. Btw MeteoSwizz don’t call it « future radar »

@Pluckerpluck I have also experienced this, but unfortunately, I don't know what is causing it or how to fix it.
