The Pro version from windy.app with a blue logo has nothing to do with Windy.com.
In windy.com app and website with a red logo, you can access to Premium version.

The issue is already fixed. There was an outage on the end of data provider.

You should be able to log in to the application with your account you are logged in here on the forum.

Do you get any error messages when you try to log in to the application?
I would also recommend typing the credential manually, not using autofill.

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order.

Did you tried to press conjointly keyboard keys "Ctrl" and "-" to reduce the zoom factor of the web browser window?
A priori the zoom factor on your screenshot is about 200% (instead default 100%)

MeteoSwizz provide precipitation forecasts which give the same kind of image (resolution, time step, colours) as the radar observations. This is possible because they use a high resolution model COSMO 1km.
