It seems that radar failed. Radar uses webGL technology, that can occasionally fail on some devices.
What can you do? Update your browser or Windy application to the latest version. And try again please

Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. For other browsers like Chrome, you can clear cache and data through their respective settings.
