Hello @aaujrami, does the map freeze or you are able to move with it? Is there any error message? Would you attach a screenshot? I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application. In case the issue persists, please, let me know what version of operating system, device and application (can be found at the bottom of the Menu) you have so we can look into it.

@sittingoverhere @mauro_m Hello, we currently have no issues connected to iOS widgets, the issue is likely on your side. Please try to reinstall the app and remove widgets from the home screen first.

Don't know if it will help you, but I had the same problem. I am running Chrome as my browser. Unrelatedly, I noticed that 'Hardware Acceleration' had mysteriously gotten toggled ON in my Chrome Browser settings. When I turned it off, the particle animation magically re appeared.
