@eustaquiorangel Hello, there was an issue that caused automatic refunds on our side, but we managed to fix it. Your last purchase is marked as refunded therefore you should have received funds back already.

@tropical1979 Hello, we used to offer monthly payments, but eventually changed the subscription model to an annual one as it turned out to be the best option for our users.
