If you are a Premium user, you should see the "Premium" badge at your profile photo. I can also see that you don't have Premium assigned to this account.

Right now we have an option of getting the application for one year, without being subscribed.

You should be able to log in to the application with your account you are logged in here on the forum.
Do you get any error messages when you try to log in to the application?
I would also recommend typing the credential manually, not using autofill.
If you can't access Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order.
awwww thats a shame, id happily pay more to try it out for a month or 2 before i commited, but im reluctant to pay a bulk sum in case its not for me
Hi, you just need to be logged in on your desktop with the same account as on your phone.
