@mbasis My apologies, we did release an option for trial yesterday, but it was not properly communicated thus the confusion. So you did purchase the trial via App Store, but money was deducted right away?
@t4n017 Hello, your Premium order is more than a month old, therefore it is not possible to refund it. Refund is only available in the first 14 days after the purchase.
