Windy shows the data provided by weather models. This data is generally generated with a 1-hour step. So Windy cannot shows shorter steps.
You imagine weather forecast with micro seconds steps, this is just ridiculous.
And statistics by month, by year or more is just impossible, Windy does not store historical data.
