I recently subscribed to windy.com primarily for fishing and kayaking information.
I believe Windy.com is already very popular with the sailing community.
I suspect that additional charting features would be well received by boaters and provide an opportunity to broaden appeal.

In the mobile app the wind speed at your chosen point is shown at top of screen. But the default setting makes it disappearing quickly. In Settings you can choose to keep displaying the wind speed and other parameters.

@mentawaiwindy Hello, the selected model stays saved until you choose a different one outside of the settings. Closing or opening the app should have no effect on it.

BTW you are confusing Satellite and Weather radar.
Satellite only shows clouds, but not rain !
It is the radar which shows rain.
So when you say that Satellite is wrong we may have a doubt about you analysis.
@joaco3 Hello, Windy offers Radar widget, where you can customise location and appearance of the widget. You can also choose from Windy Days forecast widget and Windy Detail Widget. There is no option to add Clouds or other layers.
