Weather forecasts are important for agriculture but Windy does NOT make weather predictions. This weather app just visualizes weather models of major meteorological services as ECMWF, NOAA, ... So Windy cannot make any change to these weather models or improve their predictions.
Have you tried all of these models to choose the best one for your location? You can compare them to get a more precise prediction.

When selecting Meteogram instead of Basic you get an idea of the type of rain. If the 0.2mm are Convective rain as shown in the diagram, you must consider that this type of rain is very difficult to forecast (thunderstorm, showers...) at your precise location.
