Rio de Janeiro on the wrong time zone (Brazil scraps DST)

Daylight Saving Time has been permanently abolished in Brazil, according to the Senate bulletin of April 25, 2019. There will be no further clock changes in Brazil. But the app widget shows that there is a change of time zone in effect. It is showing "-02:00" as time zone in a GMT-03:00 (Rio de Janeiro) time zone.
