I would like to know, what is the datbase used by Windy in Brazil, and if there is a paid version.

Hi Giovanna. There's no paid version of the official Windy.com app. It's 100% free and has no ads. For Brazil the leading global forecast models GFS and ECMWF are available (yes, Euro model is available for free too).
