NO2 and SO2

Hi, i live in Quebec city and sometimes when its winter like right now, i tend to notice that sometimes, when it gets very warm in winter like 4 celsius, theres big concentration of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide. But hey at least its rare that we get concentration of PM 2.5 so we are not bad but for how long?
