Refresh of the display.

In a bad internet zone, we never know when Windy finished to refresh the screen. If there are no changes we are not sure if this is the case. It would be good to have a red and green light in one corner to say... "OK refresh done".

From time to time you see the white « horns » spinning in the red logo. May be that means it is refreshing. And then stop what it’s done... But not sure.
Hmm.. Ivo, I say horns because it seems to me like goat horns, am I right?
