webcams bug

This webcam in Greece, shows that the image is 2 minutes ago (green dot)
but the timestamp shows the image is taken 3 months ago (11 Aug 2019) !

Hi @Gkikas-LGPZ , thanks for the great bug report! It seems that this webcam returns still same image to our downloader. So the download process pass without any error, but the provided picture is not up to date. We should automatically check these situations somehow.

Edit: I checked it further. This error is caused by the webcam itself. As you can see in the top of the webcam image, it updates time, date and weather information, but not the picture. The same problem is also at the webcam source.
