      I would like to know if Radar imagery for North Africa region (Tunisia or Algeria) are available or could be added.

        As far as I know there is no weather radar in North-Africa.
        You can rely only on satellite imagery (visible and infrared).
        Furthermore Meteosat provide a precipitation estimation imagery which is useful for Africa but not so precise as weather radar imagery:
