How can I set the time zone to Central Standard Time?

I love this app and used for a couple of years, but after installing on a new phone, it appears the time zone is set to GMT. I'm in CST and can't for the life of me figure out how to change it! Please advise.

Windy uses timezone of your computer, but if you open a detail of a certain location it will show its local time.
Generally we use UTC or also referred to as GTM time.
