I got in touch on the phone with Mr Gerhard Keuschnig of foto-webcam.eu and he sees no fundamental issue in accessing their service and integrating it into windy! @ivo

I stand corrected.. the foto-webcam.eu cameras already ARE in windy
they were announced through webcam.travel and hence got onto windy
