Deleted webcam

Hello. I hawe before three weeks my webcam to Windy. The webcam was working well, i watching before two days. Today says my friend, where is my webcam? There is not on windy. And if i watch, so my webcam is not here. Can you say my, what is this for problem. Why is my webcam deleted? Thanks for answer
