Color scheme

Why is it when I go to settings, customize color scale, the settings screen disappears? I’m unable to change my color scale. I know how to do this, I’ve done it twice before yet every time you guys update the app my customization disappears and reset to default. I’m also using iPad if that helps. I’ve done this before on an iPad. Why is it changed now?

To customize the color scale, you must do it on website, not in the phone app.

I am unable to change the color scheme on the app. I can change it on the PC, however on the iPad when I click on settings, and then on customize color scheme, the settings menu disappears.

@trucker-drew Hello, you need to do it only on PC, then the new scheme will be automatically displayed on the phone or iPad. Thank you.

To set colors you MUST connect to windy.com and login. Make the colors settings you want on your PC, they will be applied to the phone App if you use the same login. Nothing to install. That’s just very simple !
