Windy.com Security Compromise?

Has anyone had any security issues after signing up for a Windy.com account. I signed up for Windy.com yesterday morning and later that evening I got a message from Google that someone had attempted to access my gmail account using the same password I used for Windy.com. The person that was trying to access my account was out of Germany. It could just be a coincidence, but I haven't signed up for any accounts prior to Windy.com in a very long time.

we have not noticed any issue like this. Please check your security settings for Gmail account.
