location picker on 'Search location': inconsistent behaviour depending on location type

reproduce-by: in 'Search location ...' enter:

• 'Filzmoos' - weather forecast comes up, location picker set
• 'Klatovy' (Airport LKKT) - airport info comes up, location picker NOT set
• 'E8288' - (pws at Hollabrunn) - reports come up, location picker NOT set

Same behaviour when selecting from favorite list.

I guess either all location types should select the picker, or none of them - it makes the use of plugins relying on a location pick surprising.
