On your Rain Accumulation graphic, the bottom axis reads mm, 10 20 30 40 then 1m
This is clearly incorrect, the high value should be 100mm, 10cm or 0.1m

It is not incorrect as a 100mm max rain accumulation over 10 days should be really far too low:
