As per ICAO & Eurocontrol rules, VFR above FL195 needs special authorizations - therefore we can assume FL195 as max. VFR level for day-to-day flying.

Please add my vote to being able to increase VFR altitude. Could be a one of the settings for it or something else, but a higher max altitude would be very helpful in the moutains.
