Need Precip types for Radar Thanks in advance for adding

This is something that is holding windy back from other weather apps. This is a crucial feature that almost every other app has. I'm not sure why it hasn't been added yet.

Here are 3 different radar software, all have precip type detection.

Also almost every weather website utilizes precip type radar.

Super important function (along with severe watches/warnings overlays)

@Bryant-Almany Wow, I would definitely want this feature added to Windys radar layer. I'm look ing at https://www.rainviewer.com/weather-radar-map-live.html radar display and it is VERY useful.

I particularly like the snow displayed on the radar image.

Are the weather radars able to show the precipitation types everywhere ? In USA yes, everywhere no. So as you seem to live in Australia, you should show examples at least in this country.

@idefix37 technicaly as long as they are dual pol yes
but is the data available?
i know for france the windy team wanted the global radar image in HDF5 rather than each radar Raw data in a BUFR (coded like crap as guys are still trying to decode it )

@idefix37 Why not add it to areas where it is available. I'd hate to not be able to use it in the USA just because the rest of the world doesn't have it.
