Going through the steps of adding a webcam, one gets to Add Picker To Map. There is no explanation as to how to get a 'picker' onto the map, nor what one looks like. Could not complete the entry.

You just need to zoom in the map and click precisely on this map where the webcam is located. A blue dot appears.
