Precipitation Radar Not Displaying Ongoing Precipitation Events

I have regularly been noticing that Windy.com's weather radar often does not display ongoing precipitation events in my area when other "commercial" radars derived from NWS radars are displaying ongoing events accurately. My area is very well covered by NWS radar, so that is clearly not the issue. Today I am in the Portland Oregon area and is it a rain-snow mix at my house and has been for several hours now - Windy.com does not display this ongoing event at all...how come?

Hello @mdarrach, I checked the radar for Portland and it shows precipitation and snow as for now -

I am unable to see these as well, Seattle when I load up no longer has access to radar.
