<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Free ECMWF forecasts soon?]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">The <a href="https://www.ecmwf.int/en" rel="nofollow ugc">ECMWF</a> (the "European model") is working on an Open Data policy and plans to offer the "<a href="https://www.ecmwf.int/en/forecasts/datasets/wmo-additional" rel="nofollow ugc">WMO Additional</a>" dataset <strong>free of charge</strong>. However, this would include only 6-hourly time steps and not the hourly steps which ECMWF actually <a href="https://www.ecmwf.int/en/forecasts/datasets/set-i" rel="nofollow ugc">computes</a> for the first 90 hours.</p>
