To Whom It May Concern,I am the Deputy Chief Anchor of the i-CABLE News Limited which is a large-scale TV News broadcasting and media company in Hong Kong.
Our TV station will expand its free to air TV channel that targets millions of people in Hong Kong in April. We plan to have a new weather report program which includes different weather elements such as the meteorological chart, the hyetograph and the tropical cyclone track forecast. We find that your website i.e. windy.com matches with our plan and therefore, would like to know the following issues:
• If our company subscribes the premium version, could we get your permission to use all weather elements, charts, graphics and modify the countries’ names on the map on windy.com which helps enrich the weather report?
• Are there any restrictions or regulations to use the visualization on our TV channel, webpage and News APP?Your valuable advice and authorization for us to use your contents will greatly enhance weather information to our viewers.
