New station data not displayed. Getting error message: "Error loading or rendering station data"

@korina I have added station data to my GET Parameters, and I now get the message: "SUCCESS (valid measurements count: 9, valid station info count: 7)", which seems more positive, but still station ID f0562ded is saying "Error loading or rendering station data".

@hystrix Hello, I would wait until tomorrow, since it takes some time till the station is shown on Windy. Let me know if the problem persists.

Have the same problems with my station. ID f0676497
I get a SUCCESS with get and the parameters but i see no changes when i try via api and Error loading or rendering station data when trying via the website

Hello, are you using any additional software to share data? I can see your station is already up on Windy.

Thanks for your reply. Today the Stations showed up.
So the api needed some time bevor working i guess.

I have an Ambient Weather Station WS-2902C and I'm having a difficult time adding it on Windy. I registered it and received an ID (ID: f06435af) but it's still not showing. I get the error message saying "error loading or rendering station data."

Is my weather station able to show on Windy? I'm already on Weather Underground and PWS.

Please help!!!

@ejcapo71 Hello, it usually takes a while till the station appears on Windy, I would wait a little longer, it should be processed soon.

Same problem for my station ID: 1f06c5bac.
I have sent "https://stations.windy.com/pws/update/MYAPIKEY?station=1&dateutc=2021-07-01T15%3A38%3A46Z&winddir=210&windspeedmph=22.816788&windgustmph=30.19869&dewpoint=7.3&temp=21.10&pressure=30&humidity=37.89"
and I have recevied this message "SUCCESS (valid measurements count: 7, valid station info count: 0)"

Hello, both of your stations are online already, sometimes it takes a while until it's visible on the map.

When installing I had the doubt since in the Weewx configuration for Windy there is no parameter for ID. The solution: a new API Key

Having issues with weewx as well.

My station f073e1c4 upon getting new api KEY (which as a matter of fact resets itself while showing it on windy website) throws
weewxd[SOMEPID]: weewx[SOMEPID] ERROR weewx.restx: Windy: Failed to publish record 2021-11-16 19:40:00 CET (1637088000): Failed upload after 3 tries

I think windy part does not regenerate API key properly - or does it change EVERY TIME you visit stations.windy.com?

It's been quite some time when windy reset the key somehow, can't get it working since then.

My question is simple: any chance to get MORE debug logs? Theoretically I could wrap some debug stuff into windy.py - but maybe there's faster solution.

hi there,

same issue here with the weewx plugin.
getting the error "ERROR weewx.restx: Windy: Failed to publish record 2021-11-17 08:25:00 CET (1637133900): Failed upload after 3 tries" since the beginning (1 week?).

changed API key too, error persists.

@krakon Hello, it seems your station is already showing some data, it may take a a while till the station shows if you entered a new API key.

but one thing is weird: every time i click on the api key banner

the key changes, i thought that the key is static? this time again, so i copied the key an pasted it in the weewx.conf. did a restart again. but "failed to upload..." persists.

@aschauer-michl Hello, the fact that the key changes is correct, all the generated keys work. Please do the set up again and wait a while, it takes several hours till the station appears.

@korina hello, i deleted the station and did a new setup. station ID is f069bce6 again, copied a new key in the weewx.conf and restarted. weewx is running for more than 12h now.
again:
weewx[25880] ERROR weewx.restx: Windy: Failed to publish record 2021-11-19 05:45:00 CET (1637297100): Failed upload after 3 tries

@aschauer-michl Hello, I can see that you station does not send any data. This is an issue of the plugin itself and I recommend to contact Weewx directly.
