Unauthorized domain

Hello. I am using the webcams API, obtained a key and put it in the x-windy-key header as it is described in the documentation. However, on every request I am getting the response 403 Unauthorized domain. The same result is with GET query parameter.
How can I get my domain authorized in the REST queries?
