How to configure an alert for "up to x mm rain in y hours"?

Is there any solution planned as this is not yet implemented?
I am a pilot for radio controlled gliders and want to get an alert on good wind AND no rain at slopes. As mentioned in the old thread in this case it makes sence to set a maximum amount of rain but not a minimum as it is now.

Hi, you can set up an alert for maximum rain for certain hours, but you cannot really set a minimum amount of rain, since it is 'at xy amount of rain..'.
There could be some changes in the future regarding alerts.
