Windy API only Wind Layer

Hi,

We are developing an exhibition where the current wind for a specific geographical area is going to be projected on a table representing this area.

Is it possible to only use the single wind layer once the area to be covered is defined?

What is the cost of API for this type of usage?

If this something you could develop on our behalf?
