Zulu time incorrect

The Zulu time doesn’t update in the time slider on IOS 13 app, latest updates installed.

At startup without timeline change 12.00 / 09.00Z (Incorrect +3)

Right arrow to move timeline: 14.00 / 12.00Z (Correct +2)
