Radar in massachusetts not right

It's raining here in eastern Massachusetts. It's not showing on radar. I'm using chrome on a PC. The radar for this location hasn't worked for weeks.

@Rob45 Hello, I can see the radar is working, also if I choose a view from weather station, there is not an indication of a rain in past days. However it depends on a certain location of course.

Please tell me where and when the radar did not work. Thank you.
