Direction to north & Rapporteur at wind direction

Can you place Direction to north & Rapporteur 360 degrees scale at wind direction page. Also good to have historical data for that page to track over the time.

Or in the Basic meteogram ?

Windy does not offer past data. For wind you can get the past data from weather stations. Just select Reported wind and click on a weather station to see the wind force and direction few days ago.
