webcam doesn't appears but still exists on windy

This webcam doesn't show up on the map, I have to found it by Google (« webcam Le Croisic » was my search) :

Hello, the webcam was inactive, that is why you could not find it on Windy.com.
I made a few changes and it is active again and live.
