Integration with Google Maps

Hello. I'm a developer for an app we use with quite a few customers already, and a new customer needs to see the wind information provided by windy in our app. We use Google Maps, and there's no easy way to start using another map provider, because several of our other customers depend on some other Google Maps features. Is there any way to integrate a layer from Windy into our Google Map object, through the API? I haven't been able to find anything about that issue...

@afpabon Forecast Map API is a leaflet extension/plugin. There is not any simple extension for the Google Maps API.
