GPS problem (Android)

I use version 22.3.7 of the Windy app on Android 10.
Everything was working fine but recently, when I press home, I am sent to the IP address location (I use a VPN) instead of the actual location. Location and storage permissions are granted. Start-up location: Use GPS.
Any ideas?

By the way, it doesn't even try to use the GPS, although location permission is granted always.

Hello, there is probably effect of VPN. Please try to turn off your VPN and check if the problem still persists. -
@Korina I don't think so. I disconnected the VPN, selected "use GPS" in the settings, I get exactly the same location I get if I select "use IP address", i.e. the area of my actual location; I don't see any indication of my GPS being turned on though. I reconnected the VPN, selected "use GPS" in the settings, I get the VPN server location, which is the same location I get if I select "use IP address".

I have the same problem. Started after the update to android 10 on a Huawei P20 pro
