400 Bad Request from point forecast API

I tried post request using Postman and Python and I'm getting 400 Bad Request on both. I'm sorry if I'm missing something. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

The content of the body has to be JSON. You are sending valid JSON format, but as a plain text (see the orange dropdown menu with the "Text" label...). Google usually helps... https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39008071/send-post-data-via-raw-json-with-postman

@marekd the thread is 5 Years Old at stackOverflow does it help now? because a lot of discussion going on still no one find the atcual answer yet.
