I am unable to view icons/menu items and text on the bottom of my IPhone 11. the home bar overlays the top making selection difficult to impossible.

Hi, yes, the link works.
I tested Windy on iPhone 11 (all the versions) and couldn't replicate the issue.
Did you try to reinstall the app?
