Hey, if I purchase premium will i get 1 hour forecast Instead of 3 but will it is still update data 2 times a day or every hour

@Yousef-Abdoraba Hi, exact, you will get access to a 1-hour forecast data but the model itself is updated 2 times a day. We are planning updating data 4 times a day for Premium users.

@TZ Hello, I have the same problem as some others. Like a lot your app, Payed with Paypall for Windy Premium, but the app unfortunately does not show the wind in blocks of 1 hour. Could you please help me too? Thank you!

Please check this manual for subscription issues - What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium featuresThe reason may be, that your Premium was not assigned to your account.

@Korina Thanks a lot! You were right about the subscription not being connected to my account. As an extra step (apart from the ones in your manual) I deleted and reinstalled the app. This might help others as well. Now all Premium features work fine 🙂.

Yes, it wants me to logon and then won’t do anything after I input my uid and pw. I hit the logon button and nothing. I can logon in the web version fine. The web version Wants a code to activate the pro upgrade but I never received one.

Hi @svliahona, please follow the steps in this manual. If you can't access Premium features then, uninstall and install the app again and it should work.

It is the reason why I prefer like you do to show the complete link instead of including it in the text. That’s less elegant but the reader cannot miss it.
