Purchased the Premium subscription on the desktop using paypal but doesn't work.
Email sent to support@windy.com with problem description and order id.

Like a few others on this forum, I subscribed to "Windy Premium" using PayPal. All the payments went through correctly and I received an email from Windy confirming the transaction.
However, I am unable to activate the 1 hourly forecast feature through the Desktop Windy platform.
I then went to check the subscription process once again and now notice that PayPal is not a listed payment option.
Seeking some answers and resolution?????

@stitch Hi, do not worry, you will get your Premium as soon as possible. We ask people for patience for a few days, because it seems that there is some problem with pairing of payments and Premium subscriptions in few percent of cases. We can do it manually and we are doing it when anybody reports that automatic pairing failed. I hope we solve it soon, because it is lot of manual work, communication and inconveniences.

I'm late to the game here but I've only recently discovered Windy app for Android and then today noticed that a subscription model had been introduced. However, I cannot find anything about it in the app, nor can I see how to pay for it.v 24.0.0, built: 2020-04-08, 11:33.
I've also seen references in this community to paying for Premium for the desktop version, but I cannot find anything about it, nor where / how to pay!
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

@rlm1a Ok, the option has appeared in the app now - I've taken out the annual subscription.
It would be great to see a '1 hour' widget soon...

@mlh Hi, you can subscribe on desktop or via your mobile version, but the release for mobile devices is in the process, so you might not have access yet.

@Korina Hi. I took out the annual subscription via the Android app when the '1 hour forecast' button became clickable earlier today.
Yes, the one hour forecast works and is very useful already.
I'd really like to see a 1 hour widget for Android, like Dark Sky's, which provides very accurate rain forecast for the next hour.

Thanks for the Great feature!
I also have assigned for a one year subscription via IOS App. However when I click on the One hour forecast button, the page appears again showing me to assign for premium. When I click again for one year subscription, the App tells me that I already have booked this option.
Is there something wrong with my account connection to the iOS app?Thanks in advance!

Also I just subscribed to support this fantastic Windy.
I am supplying my weather station data (in Morocco) to Windy but the one thing I am missing is weather radar.
No coverage at all in this country.
No matter if it would be lower resolution data (now taking from Dutch Weerplaza), but I would be gratefull if this could get implemented..
I see higher and lower satellite imagery being used, so hopefully you are willing to consider adding this.
